Welcome to this week's edition of Wednesday Woman.

I'm spotlighting birthday girl, Shirley Temple, who turns 80 today!

During her career Shirley Temple made over 50 films, including Little Miss Marker, Curly Top, The Little Princess, and The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer.

After leaving Hollywood, Shirley went on to get married for a second time and became an ambassador for Ghana and Czechoslovakia.

Although, the Great Depression is over, I still enjoy watching a Shirley Temple flick because her spirit and beauty make you feel good.
